Website privacy.
How information is handled when you visit this company website or contact PHARMADEEN by email.
Who is responsible?
PHARMADEEN LTD is responsible for its company website and business enquiries. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17305823. Our registered office is 10 Katie Road, Birmingham, United Kingdom, B29 6JL.
For privacy questions or requests, email info@pharmadeen.co.uk or write to our registered office.
What this notice covers
This notice covers the public company information website and related business email enquiries. The website does not provide app accounts, take payments, offer clinical consultations or ask visitors to enter health information.
The PHARMADEEN app is in development. Its account, programme and other app-specific data processing will be explained separately before those services become available.
Information used to deliver the website
Our website is published using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare hosting infrastructure. When a page is requested, service providers may process technical information such as an IP address, browser and device information, the page requested and the time of the request to deliver and protect the service.
The website’s own code does not include analytics, advertising trackers, registration or enquiry forms. It does not set optional tracking cookies or use browser storage. Hosting providers may use technical logs or essential security mechanisms under their own service arrangements.
See the OpenAI privacy policy ↗ and Cloudflare privacy policy ↗ for information about those providers’ processing.
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address, any name or contact details you provide, your message and related correspondence. Our business email is provided through Zoho. An email link on this website opens your own email application; it does not submit a web form.
We use enquiry information to understand and respond to your request and manage related communication. We rely on our legitimate interests in answering people who contact the company and operating our business correspondence. Where a request concerns steps towards a contract or an existing contract, processing may instead be necessary for those contractual steps. We may also retain information where required by law.
Please include only what is needed to explain your enquiry and avoid sending sensitive medical information in an initial message. Contacting us does not sign you up to a marketing mailing list.
Service providers and sharing
Information may be processed by providers used to host, protect and deliver the website or operate our email service. Zoho’s processing is described in its privacy policy ↗. We may disclose information where a legal requirement applies or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Technology providers operate internationally, so some processing may take place outside the United Kingdom. Applicable locations and transfer arrangements depend on the provider and service. Contact us if you need information about the arrangements relevant to your enquiry; the linked provider policies describe their international processing and safeguards.
Links to Companies House, the Information Commissioner’s Office and other external websites take you to services with their own privacy arrangements.
How long information is kept
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and relevant follow-up. The period depends on whether communication is ongoing, the nature of any resulting business relationship and whether records are needed for legal obligations or claims. Information no longer needed for those purposes should be deleted rather than retained simply because it was received.
Technical information processed by hosting and email providers is subject to their service arrangements and retention practices. You can contact us about the information associated with your own enquiry.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights to access information, correct it, request deletion, restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or obtain certain information in a portable form. Not every right applies to every type of processing.
To make a request, email info@pharmadeen.co.uk. We may need information to confirm your identity before responding. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office ↗.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice if the website or the way enquiries are handled changes. The date above identifies the latest version.
